Enrico Mazzoletti was born in Lodi in 1977.
After completing his classical high school education at the Giovanni Berchet high school in Milan, he enrolled in the Faculty of Law at the University of Milan. During his academic career, he spent a semester studying at the Seton Hall University Law School in New Jersey, USA, deepening his knowledge in interdisciplinary subjects such as International Business Transactions, Business Associations, International Litigation & Arbitration, and Legal Medicine & Public Health.
In 2001, he earned his Law degree with a thesis in Civil Law on “The withdrawal, exit from the contract, and related figures.” He immediately became a subject matter expert at the institute, and in 2011, obtained a Ph.D. in Civil Law from the University of Milan with a thesis titled “Nullity, Tradition, and the New System: From Respecting the Given Word to Informed Consent.”
Enrico began his legal practice before pursuing his original passion and joining a leading notary firm in Milan, where he spent considerable time delving into all aspects of private and commercial law. In the meantime, he obtained his legal qualification from the Court of Appeal in Milan and, having become a notary, co-founded the Tamalex notary firm in Cremona in 2011. He returned to practice in Milan in 2015.
Enrico has held teaching positions at the Faculty of Law of the University of Milan and the Faculty of Economics of the State University of Brescia. Alongside the owner, he serves as a tutor and lecturer in Commercial Law at the Lombardy School of Notaries. He is the author of numerous publications on commercial and civil law and has been a speaker at conferences and study days.
In 2018, Enrico Mazzoletti co-founded Giamalex with Renato Giacosa.
